Pickup from the Pastel Club showroom: Novi Sad, st. Ise Bajića 12. Free of charge, you can pick up your finished order on the day of placing it (Mon-Sat from 11:00 to 20:00).

Courier delivery in Novi Sad and Belgrade: 1 working day by courier to your door.

Delivery by Post Express or DExpress throughout Serbia (Subotica, Nis, Kragujevac, Zlatibor, etc.): 1–2 working days (from 350 RSD, free for orders over 7,000 RSD).

Payment methods: cash in dinars (RSD) or euros (EUR) in the showroom or upon receipt, by bank card at the terminal, as well as by bank transfer to a bank account in Serbia.

SDEK express courier delivery: to the door or to any convenient pick-up point throughout Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg and regions of the Russian Federation).

SDEK delivery time: 2–4 working days for Moscow and St. Petersburg, 3–6 days for other cities.

Delivery cost: from 350 ₽. For order amounts over 10,000 ₽, delivery within Russia is free.

Russian Post (1st class expedited) - for remote settlements and closed towns (4–8 days).

Payment methods in the Russian Federation: Russian bank cards (MIR, Visa, Mastercard), SBP (Fast Payment System), T-Bank, Sberbank, online payment.

Airmail with international track number (Post Serbia International): 5–10 working days to any European country (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Montenegro, etc.). Cost from 12 €.

Express delivery DHL Express / DPD: 2-4 business days directly to the recipient.

Payment methods: international bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Revolut), SEPA transfer, Apple Pay.

International air delivery with full online tracking to the addressee: 10–16 business days.

Express courier delivery by DHL Express: 3-5 business days.
